The ASTERITE® Easy Shaping (ES) grade is a more easily thermoformed grade of ASTERITE® Acrylic Sheet. Not only does the “Easy Shaping” give enhanced formability and high mould definition, but it also allows faster production cycles, increased throughput, lower energy costs and lower production reject.

In addition to greater design options, you can make luxurious baths and shower trays in a wide range of colours, effects and grades to suit your customers’ requirements.
This superior product also comes in single-sided thermoformable masking, providing further time saving and cleaner processing by reducing the amount of static charge.
